NEW YORK CITY PARKING STRUCTURES INSPECTION
LOCAL LAW 126
New York City requires that owners of parking garages in the five boroughs must comply with Local Law 126 and engage a New York State PE designated as QPSI to assess and maintain their property every six years, as and when their property falls under the relevant reporting cycle. The first cycle ends December 31, 2023.
