At this stage, we carry out parametric studies to develop viable structural design solutions taking into consideration aesthetics, function, speed of construction, environmental sustainability, cost and schedule. The solutions are guided by our experience and local knowledge. We present comparative studies of advantages and disadvantages of each solution. Further, the solutions are sufficiently developed to prepare budget costs. 

Experience has consistently demonstrated that this early involvement stage has the  most influence on the success of projects.

Once a solution is adopted, Design Development and Detailed Design drawings and specifications are prepared together with supporting design calculations. State of the art modeling software and automated calculations ensure quick turn around in response to design development and changes.
